These terms apply to your use of www.happyducts.com and related pages operated by Happy Ducts HVAC Solutions. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The site is for information about our South Florida air duct cleaning, HVAC, and mold services. Do not use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the site.

Estimates and services

Submitting an estimate request is not a contract for work. Pricing, scheduling, and scope are confirmed when we follow up. We may decline or reschedule work in our discretion. Service availability depends on location and job details.

Communications

If you submit a form, you consent to receive communications via text, email, or phone about your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

We try to keep site content accurate, but information may change. Photos, descriptions, and third-party reviews are for general illustration. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Third-party services

The site uses Formspree for forms and Google reCAPTCHA. Google Analytics runs through Google Tag Manager after you accept analytics cookies. Those services have their own terms. Links to other websites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

This site is available in English and Spanish. The Spanish version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the English version controls. Choosing a language does not change our service area or the Florida notices in these terms.

We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
